Brazil

One of our early clients was a consumer-driven e-commerce company in Brazil that was established in January of 2010. Our engagement with this company started a little over three years of their establishment in May of 2013. Over the length of our engagement with them (standard 13 months), we helped them with six services:

We analyzed their target market, their competitive landscape and their internal capabilities, and developed their overall marketing strategy and a new strategic positioning.

We took over their Digital Marketing: generated five pages of fresh and unique content per day for their blog in Portuguese, Spanish and English, managed their keywords, and performed monthly analytics. We instructed the client to do their own Social Marketing.

We performed Customer Analytics to understand customer purchasing patterns and sales metrics, and identify their best customers

We executed Market Rationalization through an online customer survey with a 3.95% margin of error. We created a profile for customers by demographics, wallet share, competitive purchase patterns, drivers (price and company reputation), and dissatisfaction metrics. We also determined a Net Promoter Score for them.

We conducted several Direct Marketing campaigns through email with a final conversion rate of 6%.

Within four months after our engagement started their Alexa traffic ranking was improved by a factor two, and eventually their profitability was enhanced by 23%.

 

USA

One of our long-term clients was a company in DC metropolitan area. We had the privilege of handling their marketing for their B2B business as well as their new B2C e-commerce site. Below are just some of the projects and services that we delivered for them over the course of our engagement:

We conducted a complete Competitive Analysis (for their B2B business) by obtaining proposals from ten competitors in the area, analyzing their responses, products and services, their financial positions, and their customer-facing assets. This effort culminated in developing a new pricing strategy for the company.
